*L comes home, after the long talk with Teru, looking solemn and thinking hard. He can hear Matt in the bathroom. The door's open, so he glances in to see what he's doing. Specifically, in hopes that he has time to talk.*

*Matt's craning over the side of the tub, shirtless, with red-stained latex gloves on, apparently working something into his hair. There's a sharp, chemical smell in the air. He glances up, giving L a slightly embarrassed smile.*

Uh. How girly would it be to say 'fixing my hair'?

*L goes and wets a towel, then goes to wipe the trickles of dye off where they're rolling down the back of Matt's neck, and to clean his ears, too.*
