Dear femslashex writer,
Here are my prompts, which are long but hopefully helpful in some way. I've included some general preferences below. Thank you for writing for me!
Adventure Time - Princess Bubblegum/Marceline, Fionna/Flame Princess, Fionna/Ice Queen
So PB/Marceline = love, they are my OTP. But I also really, really, (LIKE REALLY) loved Fionna in her episodes, so I would be equally happy with Fionna femslash. I love the potential posed by Ice Queen merely existing and having weird, awkwardly intense feelings about Fionna, and I adore Flame Princess entirely, too. (I really love every character in this show, anyone you want to include in the story, please do!) What I love most about this show is that it does the silly, random, wacky, trope-subverting hijinks at the same time as it maintains and develops these wonderful, engaging relationships between the characters. So that's what I'd like to request here, for any of these pairings: something that explores and deepens the relationships while not skimping on the silly random fun. People having adventures and working together while learning about and having tension with and growing mega-crushes on each other is something this show does really well, and I'd love a story that captures some of that.
Avatar: The Last Airbender - Toph/Smellerbee, Katara/Mai
Toph/Smellerbee just makes sense to me - I love that they're both girls with confidence in their abilities, who are fiercely loyal, and don't care what others think of them, while still having moments of sensitivity because they're still young and figuring things out. Anything to do with them meeting/bonding/having crushes/working together/fighting together/fighting each other - I'd love it all. Mai/Katara I see as more of an antagonistic pairing, but I'd love to see them coming to some kind of better understanding, while still having tension because they are such fundamentally different people. It could take a lot for them to even like each other, let alone anything more - showing how that might happen would be wonderful.
Baby Mama - Angie/Kate
I would love to see anything for this pairing. Fpreg, or some kind of AU where Baby Mama is a romcom about a woman and her surrogate falling in love, or any kind of AU really, or just something with Angie and Kate hanging out and being moms together and realising they are soulmates, or a missing scene from the movie, or something set in the future. Really, anything! (P.S. Feel free to pretend Kate's canon love interest doesn't exist - that's what I do when I watch this movie!)
The Craft (1996) - Rochelle/Bonnie, Sarah/Nancy
For Rochelle/Bonnie, I'd love to see something set after the movie - perhaps involving rediscovering their powers in some way, together, without the influence of the other two girls. Or the opposite - dealing with going back to being normal after everything that happened. I really loved the small hints of their closeness in canon - just seeing more of that would be great. For Sarah/Nancy, perhaps something set in an AU where Nancy doesn't overload on power and turn evil, where the four girls manage to keep it together as a coven, with head games and power struggles between Nancy and Sarah? Or - and I realise this would be difficult to approach without getting into ableist territory regarding the mental health issues - a story where Nancy recovers enough to be released from care, and tracks Sarah down (or vice versa) would be interesting, and possibly hot if it involved power struggles and head games and maybe hate sex. (I really want power struggles and head games for Nancy/Sarah, in case it isn't obvious!)
General notes:
I'm easy on genre/style. I like AUs and genre-shifts. Fluff/drama/plotty/angsty/comedic etc - all welcome. Although I do have a preference for dialogue and things happening (for any given value of 'things happening') rather than a lot of introspection or straight out PWP.
Please no abuse, rape, animal harm, or character death.
Also, a lot of my requested characters are kids or teenagers in canon.* This probably goes without saying, but I'm really not looking for graphic sex involving those characters. If the story is set when they are older, then fade-to-black or implied sex is okay. I just have some trouble seeing young characters, especially the ATLA characters, as anything other than kids.
* With an exception made for PB/Marcy, as they are both a zillion years old in canon, even if they appear and often act like teenagers. They're basically a couple of weird old ladies, which is one of the things I love most about them.
