[This morning when she woke up at 7am, got fresh, got downstairs, had cereal--okay I'll stop now long story short she was on her way to school when she cross paths with a cheerful Hitagi. It only took less than a minute of talking to her before it became clear that she was droned

It wouldn't make sense for them to just be giving away information like that, right..? But then again, said information didn't seem to be quite relevant to their elaborate prank.

It really didn't. If anything, it worked against them. Why would they put information deliberately if it would be damaging for their side?

Thinking about that way it does make more sense for it to be fake. The only thing that works against that idea is the fact that the information wasn't particularly funny in general for a prank or misleading enough for it to be funny to use for a prank.

It wasn't funny information from what I heard. It was quite serious actually. I didn't find anything myself however.

I've actually found one of the notes with my group over there.. I can second the fact that it wasn't particularly humorous.

Did you? What was the gist of it, if you can remember that far back.

Regardless of whether it was fabricated or not, it seemed like some diary entry from someone who was stationed in that empty western town we found. If I remember correctly it was about their concern that a lack of drones made the place creepy and they were worrying about some 'Mr. Olney'.

...Olney is the real name of the police chief, who is partly in charge of keeping us in here.
