(no subject)
whew..ive been gone all day. We went to church, then to Old Navy where i got sweat pants, then we went out to lunch and to this play where they did sign language and stuff..it was cool. Yeah, nothing else really happened.
But yesterday i just stayed home all day, sick and then lexi and I talked on the phone for EXACTLY 3 hrs and 40 minutes! Our record is 5 hrs and like, 40 something minutes. But then my phone died.
But while we were on the phone, we came up with the funniest idea ever. We wrote to Oprah and her sister was helping us write it and stuff and then I read it to her parents on speaker phone, lmao, and then my parents read it..haha the whole family read it.
This may sound un-realistic and dumb but..
Dear Oprah,
My friend Lexi and I have been best friends since the age of three. Everything we go through, good and bad, we go through together. We are so alike its pathetic. Normally girls change their best friends every day, but for us, we haven’t changed since we were in pre-school.
We also have the same taste in guys, and sometimes this causes big, BIG problems. One of the guys that we are both obsessed with is Jesse Mccartney. You may think we are just these over obsessed, “# 1 fans,” and maybe we’re just NOT the type of girls who will ever win anything in life and we don’t live in california but, we’ve been dying over Jesse Mccartney since Summerland premiered on tv last summer. He is the most amazingly gorgeous guy in the universe. We have the lyrics to his songs memorized and who knows what the colors of our walls were before we taped all the pictures of him up. On Cape Cod (where we live) nothing ever happens. I mean, sure, the summers are nice, but they’re overstuffed with tourists! When the Red Sox finally won the World Series, they didn’t come down to see us! And as for the New England Patriots? We are known as the football dynasty for the past four years and yet down here on Cape Cod we seem to get barely any recognition. So, Cape Cod, and especially the teenagers living here, are just waiting for something big to happen. The girls in our school, Barnstable Middle School, are as in love with Jesse as we are and to have him come and visit our school would be a dream come true to Cape Cod and number one fans everwhere.
