How does the whole process works?
Ordering Process: You -> Me -> Agent -> Seller
After you've placed your orders with me, I will consolidate and send to my agent within 1-2 days so as to minimize out of stock. Each batch is capped every Sunday, which means shorter waiting time and spree constantly open for ordering!
Shipment Process: Seller -> Agent -> Me -> You
My agent will then place orders on Taobao sellers' sites. Usually it takes 1-7 days for the sellers to process and mail out the orders to my agent; after which she will do a check on the designs received and make sure the items are correct before sending it to me. The shipment from my agent to me takes 7-16 days depending on the shipment method you choose.
What are the charges I need to pay?
Firstly there's domestic charge, this is the delivery charge incurred by the China sellers to ship the item to my agent's warehouse located in Shanghai. It costs RMB 6 - 20 depending on the seller's location and amount of items ordered. Some sellers have promotion and waive this charge (包邮 or 卖家承担运费), then you can leave blank for domestic charges.
Secondly, there's shipping fees, this is to pay for the shipping charges incurred for mailing the parcel from China to Singapore. Shipping fees varies depending on the shipment method you choose.
Lastly, agent fees of 8% is meant for the checking of goods and handling the whole of process of liaising with the sellers.
How long will it take for the items to reach Singapore?
Express Air Shipment: 1-2weeks
( Taobao sellers 1 to 7 days depending on speed - Agent 1 to 3 days - Me )
Normal Air Shipment: 2-3weeks
( Taobao sellers 1 to 7 days depending on speed - Agent 4 to 6 days - Me )
Sea Shipment: 3-4 weeks
( Taobao sellers 1 to 7 days depending on speed - Agent 12 to 16 days - Me )
How much will the shipping cost?
Express AIR Shipments
1st 500g = $8.50
Sub 500g = $4.50
Normal AIR Shipments
1st 500g = $7
Sub 500g = $3.50
SEA Shipments
1st 500g = $6.20
Sub 500g = $2.20
(Recommended to ship bulky items such as shoes via SEA)
Clothes: Tops about 100g-250g, Jackets, Dresses, Bottoms about 300g-600g. If using normal air will cost around $1.30 - $5.50
Shoes & Bags 200g-300g for light ones, heavier ones can weigh about 600g-1500g. If using normal air will cost around $2 - $11, sea will cost around $1 - $6.50
In rare cases where your item is large in volume, but small in weight (such as soft toys), it will calculate based on the volumetric weight of the item as follows:
Volumetric weight (kg) = Length (cm) * Height (cm) * Width (cm) / 6000
Additional Information
All items ordered will usually passed through quality checks in China, and my agent will try her best to exchange or get a refund in cases where wrong item is sent. When items reaches me, I will double check again to ensure items are correct and if there should be any mistake or damage, I will try my best to help you with that :)
