To everybody who reads my stories. I'M SORRY! *cowering* I haven't had the internet or any really good computer access for almost 30 weeks. I'm working on Family Tension, Breaking Trust, and The Bloody Battle. Mister-ess will be on hold until I finish Breaking Trust. I've found that every time I work on them simultaneously, the details try and cross over. And seeing as how Breaking Trust is almost at it's conclusion, I've gone with that one. Plus the bunny sat up and begged for attention. Needless to say, I caved.
I'm also working on a NCIS fic, Tony/Gibbs. At first it was just going to be a small oneshot, but now I think I'm going to make it a chapter fic. maybe The only thing is that the chapters would be out of order. It would be like trips down memory lane and blasts into the future, with the present thrown in now and then. I'm not quite sure how long it would go for, but I have other ideas that would fit with the story so far.
Other things I'm working on: My Greg/Warrick, which I won’t be posting until it’s either all or almost done. Plus 2 triangles of sorts. 1. CSI Greg/Warrick Greg/Nick. & 2. CSI:Miami Ryan/Speed Ryan/Eric. The ideas just keep popping into my head, so I figured I'd outline them. But I will tell you right now that it will be a while for the stories just because I want to concentrate on the others first.
Plus, there's work and looking into school and stuff like that. Life can sometimes get in the way of fic writing.
And again, I’M SORRY!!! And Thanks to the fans of my stories for waiting so long for the updates.*still cowering, but feeling safer*
I’ve pulled chunks from different spots in the fics, so every time you see 4 spaces in between paragraphs, it’s a different chunk.
I'm done rambling now. Its just been a while since I've had a good conection, i.e. one that didn't crap out.
P.S. My beta's brick and cord do not work any more. (For all laptop users, look at what gives you your power supply when your computer is plugged in. And yes those are technical terms, at least where I work.) And the "company", (I work for them, so it wouldn't do me any good to bad mouth them.), she got them from stopped making that model. She got a universal one, but her laptop has to be plugged in at all times for her to be able to use it. So if you read any of the story bits, just know that they are not beta'd yet. Also by no means are theese bits totaly complete. Meaning I might change some things as I continue writing.
P.P.S. I also wanted to thank Gatekeeper and Angus for wishing me a happy b-day. And NO, I didn't drink, but J and O did. And let me tell you, it was HILARIOUS to watch! Though I did feel bad for J and N, respectively matched, for having to take their boys home. All I can say to that is, at least they're both happy drunks.*laughing hysterically from memories*:)
Disclaimer: I do not own any of them. All spelling mistakes are mine. Though I hope there are none, as it is punctuation that is my failing. Enjoy:)
Breaking Trust preview:
"You can't work the case."
"Why the hell not?!" Speed shouted, jumping off the couch as Horatio sat down.
"Because you have a past together. And that's all people will see."
“THAT'S BULLSHIT!”
“Eric’s not working it either.”
“What are we supposed to do? Sit around and twiddle our thumbs. Sonofabitch.”
“I’ve decided-”
Jay grabbed his face and nodded. “You’re going to find Daddy. I understand. Who am I going to stay with?”
“You’ll stay with Uncle Ron on the weekends. And during the week you’ll be with my family.” Eric sighed remembering the call he had made before the sun came up.
Family Tension preview:
After the mad make-up run Nick was exhausted, but he did have to admit that Greg knew how to hide a hickey. “That’ll come in handy.” He muttered, leaning on the porch railing. He had the distinct feeling that he would be leaving his mark all over Greg tonight. Especially since his niece had dragged him onto a horse more than three hours ago. He wasn’t worried, he told himself as he moved to sit on the railing. He wasn’t. He had seen all the food Kelly had taken, plus there was no way she would do anything to exhaust the horses. She knew how to ride. ‘But did Greg?’ The thought crept up Nick’s spine and back down again, making the fine hairs on his neck stand up. “Shit!” The expletive burst from his lips before he could stop it. And the only thing that kept him from jumping of the porch and going to look for him was the somewhat startled voice behind him.
"I miss him." Greg whined as Josh came through the door.
"Then go see him. It's been a month and you two talk all the time."
"We have a test in three days. I can't." Greg whined again.
"I'm giving you the keys to my car, and kicking you out. GO!"
"You're kicking me out? Oh, and bodily now! Some friend you are!"
"Go see him Greg. Have fun, drink beers, meet his friends. Get laid?" Josh shoved the keys into his hands and pushed Greg out the door. "Have fun! See you Monday morning!" Josh yelled, cheerfully slamming the door.
"I don't even get clothes?" Greg asked the closed door as he walked toward the stairs. He swung around and glared balefully at the door when he got a muffled reply of no. "Jerk!" Greg threw it over his shoulder as he descended to the parking lot. "I'll just visit, probably has things to do. It doesn't need to be a sleep over." Greg talked to himself as he got into the car. "I'll just go say hi and come back. Sounds like a good plan. I'll do it!" With his mind made up, he started the car and drove off.
NCIS Fic preview:
“Did you meet someone else?”
“Yes.”
“Do you love….him?”
He took a breath. “Yes.”
Tony saw the pieces click into place. “He’s a coworker.” It was a flat emotionless statement. And it scared the hell out of Tony.
“Stop it.”
“You left me for a coworker.” The whispered words were like a slap to Tony. They didn’t just wake him up, they were also what made him snap.
“Left you? I left you for a… Holy shit! You left me! You left me how long ago?! You didn’t even try to make it okay. You just came back and expected it. Didn’t even ask how I felt!”
“How do you feel?”
There were drop cloths everywhere, paint cans stacked up, brushes and rollers waiting to be used. Tony set down the tool he just remembered he was holding.
“Tony.”
He didn’t turn, afraid to see his lovers face. “I thought I’d feel something.”
“Like what?”
“I don’t know. I just didn’t expect to feel nothing.” Tony turned around, green eyes meeting crystal blue. “Once upon a time we had something. I’m not trying to hurt you by saying this.” Tony sighed.
Hands moved to hold Tony’s face. “I understand. And personally, I’m really glad you chose me.”
“Did you doubt that?”
“I saw you once. Together. It was when you first came to N.C.I.S.. I saw the way you looked at him. You loved him.”
