Okay, so, I know I haven't exactly followed up with my "vow", but who cares? However, I do have a perfectly good excuse! Nono, I do, really. I just finished reading an eighty chapter fic, and once I had begun, I just couldn't stop. But I mean, it wasn't my fault--I have nothing else to do in this fucking apartment.
A couple days ago, we (my mom, sister, and I) went to the bigger mall of the area, and it took us a total of thirty minutes to explore the entire thing. That's just sad. So afterwards, we went to the movie theater that was across the street and we saw Over the Hedge. I have to admit, it was really funny. Seeing this, however, only made me feel more anticipation for Pirates 2, which came out yesturday. It's all Annie's fault, really. When we met in person for the second time during her visit to her aunt in 2003, we saw the first Pirates. So it's her fault that I was even obsessed with him at a point in time. (That's not to say that I don't still fancy him. :D )
SO ANYWAY.. I was all excited because I was going to see it today, Pirates 2, that is.. and we went to the theater to buy the tickets for the 3:40 showing, but the people that were in line in front of us got the last tickets. So we bought ones for the 5:00 showing instead. When we showed up at 4:30 to go into the theater, they wouldn't let us in becuase the theater is full. I mean, what the fuck, why sell more tickets than seats? Now I have to wait until tomorrow. I'm so pissed off, I really wanted to see it SO bad today. ):
Anywho.. Nothing much has happened, except that I finished the 80-chapter fic, and when I continued to look on Checkmated.com for more reading material, I realized that everything I started to read, I'd already read. It was like Deja Vu. That's just sad, you know? But then, I've got nothing better to do. I wake up at noon, and go to bed at around three in the morning. Ah well. You can't win them all, can you?
So, I've applied to PetSmart and to Barnes & Noble, and I really hope I get a job at one of them. I really need gas money. ): And that's about it..
