Cirrhosis!

Har har, just poking fun. Tomorrow I continue the hunt for the quality 6-string bass. It's going to be my present for turning 16. Some kids get cars, Kiel gets a bass. The fact that Kiel doesn't have his permit yet doesn't help, but who the fuck cares. A 6 string would be so sweet. And active pickups. And I gotta have humbuckers. Preferably two of them. Oh, and an adjustable nut, along with the standard action adjustmentable bridge. To hear what a 6 string can do, listen to Dream Theater, or Liquid Tension Experiment. They've got the same bassist, and he uses a 6-string. Sie is sehr güt. Er, whoops, lapsed into German for a second there. Guess you'll need to find a translator, eh? School's almost over, it makes me sad. My mom may have MS, which, emotionally, leaves me rather shaky. I'm single, but I'll get over that. Guess we weren't ment to be. I'd rather have her be open and say she doesnt appreciate me doing certain things and then leave me, than have her secretly despise what I do and have it grow into some sort of monster. *shivers*

I continue to write music. Maybe I'll do whole songs, who knows. I'm supposed to get into another band sometime next month, so I'll have a good amount of material to submit towards the cause.

I need to learn German. Maybe I'll take a class over the summer. But I'd rather learn Russian than German. German, I can find a way to pick up through osmosis, somehow. But Russian, oh the sound of Russian. I love it. Plus, youre not a full commie if you can't speak Russian.

Thursday night, I talked Theoretical Physics during the play. Bob and I covered lots of different aspects. He's an incredibly smart man, and I'd love talk theory with him again. Maybe even construct some sort of model or working device. His ideas would change the world as we know it. God I love it when I get to talk Science.

Since we're on that note, I'd like to say thanks to the late Nicola Tesla. Who's he? Why he's the man who invented AC electricity! He also invented Radio. Wait you say, didn't Marconi do that? No, Supreme Court ruled that Tesla did, in fact, create the Radio apparatus before Marconi. Tesla was a brilliant man. His contributions to society are still used to this day, and will be for some time to come. See if you can find a pic of a Tesla Coil in action. It's an amazing display of Transformers in action. Maybe I'll build one.

I'm currently in this super Dream Theater state-of-mind. They're music is amazing. Of the two cds I have of theirs, both are great in their own ways.

This thing is long,
my mind drawn,
in-between yawn
I see the light of dawn.

~Kiel
