Hey Lauren, I'm so glad you emailed! You hadn't
emailed me since I got this new address, and I was
hoping I'd get to send you a personal letter.
Thanks for understanding about the breakup. When we
were in the process of breaking up, I had terrible
mood swings about it -- I would go from feeling sad to
relieved to angry to scared. We've really created a
community and it's really sad to think that it will
go. Which is why I'm hoping that it won't go, and
that we can keep it together. I know a lot of people
will probably not care in a few weeks, but there are a
core number of us who I think should definitely keep
in touch. And I wanted you to know that it has been
really great talking to you at shows -- I think you're
really mature and cool. And I'm really glad to have
helped you find your way into the music world --
although it's a rough business, the music part is
totally worth it. I don't have any plans yet to start
doing more music, but I also do still love music. I'm
not planning on ditching music alltogether. I'll let
you know whenever I figure out what I'm doing. I'm
pretty sure Gabe won't be doing any more music,
because he has his woodworking shop with his dad that
is pretty successful. Matt and Jay have Ariel Mile,
though I'm not sure whether they'll be touring or not.
They are a good band though, and fun to watch, so
hopefully you'll get to see them play.
Well, I guess that's all for now. I hope you're doing
well, and I'm sure I'll talk to you soon, since I
really want to keep in touch and keep your friendship.
Thanks for writing!
Love M
that made me feel alot better.
