i'm finally going to do it. i'm going to be a pescatarian. for real this time. for real. i'm going to try it. it'll be healthy, probably help me lose weight, and boost my immune system.
Though, some day I might - but I'll NEVER give up fish. (I'm reasonably informed and intelligent, but couldn't figure out what pescatarian meant until my multilingual kid told me - he figured it out between latin and spanish)
I'm really glad you added my ljs, btw. Just don't be disturbed if I try to sort of "mother" you - it's what I do to all my friends.
Back to the topic - I back you all the way with the pescatarianism. Check the link I posted in my lj about the safest seafoods. People sensitive to foods and with food issues I feel should be much more careful about those things - at the least the health aspects. (I wish *everyone* cared about overfishing and sustainability... *sigh*) Especially if you still have days where you don't eat as much as you should.
Don't worry, I won't post like this all the time - I've got lots of nervous energy today and nowhere to put it because of the migraine.
Btw - I've never been quite in your position, but if you ever need some encouragement or someone to push you/yell at you/remind you that it's ok to feel the way you feel (as long as you keep it in perspective!), just lemme know. I've come a long long way, but I know how *I* feel - and I can only imagine how much worse it could be. (some of your lj really hits home)
