Cass is drugged up, stumbling around the house in her cone "talking" to inanimate objects like the tile and cabinets. It's kind of a half-cry, half-bark. I can't stop laughing at her. The vet says it's normal. I guess!
Vampire Weekend was reallyreally fun. My calves are still sore from all the dancing and jumping around I did. Aaand I got to see Katy!! That pretty much made my night. After the show we walked back to Ra to meet up with some people and have a drink, then came home and turned in "early" so we could cuddle up with Cass and read. It was, for the most part, a perfect night :)
Today is my 4th day off in a row and I am not one bit tired of it yet. I've been really busy during my little vacation organizing the house, getting the yard ready for our landscaping adventure, taking care of the puppy and working out..a LOT. Can't say I'd hate being a stay-at-home-wife. Can't say I'd hate it one bit.
I got an iPad last week. It's pretty sweet. My favorite thing to do is download books to it, which has made me start reading a lot more and even going to bed earlier which I alllways have a hard time with. Andy thought it was a dumb idea and even got a little mad when I bought it because I "always fall for 1st gen's from Apple," but he steals it from me all the time now. It was a little pricey for a 32gig but I think it was worth it. Now my Apple family is complete! iMac, iPhone, iPod and iPad. iiii...love Apple.
Ok no more typing. Time for errands.
