I love this story and was so happy to see an update!!! The banter on the comms was hysterical, especially Lois.

"But after the kitchen and the shower and Oliver’s bed, her body was humming with energy" iz jealous...and now dead.

Great chapter, eagerly awaiting the next one. :)

As much as I enjoy the Oliver and Chloe moment, the plot to his fic thickens. And I am really enjoying it. Since the fic is almost done, does this mean that there is going to be a continuation on this one?

Thanks! Aw, it's flattering that you want to see more before this one is even over. A lot happens over the next couple chapters, but it's not out of the question that there might be more in this universe. But probably not for awhile. I have two other multi-chapter fics planned.

Fab chapter again Mandy....:-)

overall i love the balance of intrigue on the plot, the humour and the chlollie get together...

in this chapter was great to see Ollie with Chloe and not letting her sneak off to work without re-affirming the previous night ( so no room for doubt on Chloe's side)...

really enjoyed the comms section especially when Lois reminded them she was still online

and the final section where the mystery around who holds the device begins but who or where is it? looking forward to finding out...........

I'm so happy you enjoyed this chapter and thanks for saying it was balanced well. That was exactly what I was going for - the Chlollie romance is very important, but so is the Veritas plot. Glad you thought it worked out.

This chapter was so awesome, I think it's my favorite so far! Everything between Chloe and Oliver is just so intense! While I was worried about Tess's reference to Oliver's previous lifestyle and habits, I'm glad the atmosphere between Chloe and Oliver only seemed stronger. Great chapter! As always, can't wait for more. ♥

A lovely update!

Good for Chloe for not letting Tess "get to her" regarding her feelings towards Oliver.

And the Gang of Four were quite wise to want to keep an eye on Tess and who she is meeting up with.

But now there is a whole new host of worries to contend with--YIKES!!

Yeah, Chloe's not the slightest bit intimidated by Tess.

I always like the idea of the main four working together. I wish we'd see more of it on the show.
