I tried to go to bed at 8:30, and now I'm awake again...
I've been thinking a lot about the past lately. Specifically about the ex. Despite the reasons that we obviously had to break up, I still have some respect for him. He does not have that same respect for me...neither does his new gf who decided to text me some crazy shit as if I was trying to get him back. My current boy status may not be perfection, but geeeeez definitely a better place for me than getting back into a very unhealthy situation that I ended myself.
The reason it really got to me is that I went to him for help. I didn't do what I wanted to do...which was call the bitch and cuss her out and tell her she's fuckin crazy. Instead I emailed him politely asking for him to tell her to stop the texts and for him to apologize to be for giving out my phone number.
The texts stopped, but no response from him. Maybe it's for the best. But I can't help but wonder why this kinda stuff always happens....why does it need to be so dramatic. Can't we at least be civilized towards each other??

Anyway, Valentine's Day came and went. Funny, even tho it did suck a little, it was better than last year (when I actually had a boyfriend to disappoint me).
