Petco people...
So I'm really glad that things are changing at work. The new manager really seems to have his shit together, which is a huge change. Rachel's also getting better inside and outside of work. I really like her now. Her and her husband are so much fun. The three of us plus Aminda went out for her birthday a few weeks ago, and then Rachel and Colin, Erin (from work) and her boyfriend Doug, and Abe and I went out for a few drinks on Erin's last day. That was the most fun I've had in a long time. The best was when Colin determined Stacy had snakes in her head. Then yesterday Aminda called me and Abe and I went to her house for a bon fire. It was nice and relaxing to chill outside for a few hours. She's so nice and has such a big heart when it comes to anything and everything. I just love talking to her... and later this week I'm going to visit Erin and her zoo of animals as well. I'm excited to see her waterdragons.
Long story short, there's no better place to make friends than Petco (most of the time). We all have similar views and interests and it's amazing how well we all get along sometimes. Some of the most caring, giving, and thoughtful people I know I've met by working with them, and I excited to get to know Rachel, Aminda, and Erin better outside of work.
