thanks for making my birthday so special...
so on my birthday my parents came down and link came up to monterey. we went to carmel's white sand beach right at sunset. here i am with my folks.
the pretty sunset.
for my birthday link made me this crazy lightbox frame. he used the picture of me with sas christian for inspiration(this picture is in an earlier journal entry). he used one of my x-rays for the mouth (this is the part that lights up).

the day after my birthday link and i drove down to hearst castle. but we got there too late and it was closed. but we decided to rent a room at a near by town and hit up the castle the next day. we stayed in this super remote town called "ragged point". here is the view from our room
and i love jumping on hotel beds!
so the next day we were able to make it to hearst castle. it made me feel like i was in italy again.

on the drive back link pulled over so i could do a fake cadillac ad with our car.
and then i went back to work for a few days. doh!
but last night we had a mini birthday dinner at saturn.
