**sHe WoRkS HaRd fOr ThE $$$$**
Well, I've completed my 1st week of work and am now about the hit hump day during the 2nd week. Working for me is so weird. I was not wired to sit behind a desk and file folders. If anything, this job makes me want to go so far in school .. as far as I can get from a desk job. It just isn't for me.. I count down the hours and psyche myself up before work every day. I blast Britney on the way to work and tell myself today is going to be the best day! And I just end up wanting to nap after like 3:00 rolls by. However, there is this amazing restaraunt, Federal Hill which is authentic Italian and they make a great Taragon Chicken sandwich which is low fat but very filling. There is this lady, well call her Wanda. She works with me and shes like oh probably 45 or so. Now there are only like 5 of us in the office. 3 Men, Wanda, me and this girl Jamie who just graduated from IU Southeast whom I really like. Jamie is Wanda's Human Resources helper and Wanda just adores Jamie. Which she should; Jamie is a great girl. However, for some reason... Wanda hates me. She is so rude and doesnt use any manners or a friendly tone when all I've done is try to be nice to her & get on her good side. I don't know if she is just territorial or what, but shes bi polar. And Wanda makes me really mad too. She leaves to go get a haircut today (the boss is out of town), and she just takes off and goes home whenever she wants. She goes home early and doesn't return her phone calls ... shes taking off this thurs- next tues or wed... I mean she is a SLACKER! And shes old and gets paid on salary so she should be working much harder than she is. Grrr. My mom says for me to let it go but it really erks me. The one person I really like is surprisingly, my boss. I consider myself lucky.
Funny that I just wrote an entry on work.. it does consume my days I guess. I have a picture on my desk of Brittany, Ashley and I.. and the rest of the office has like their kids and husbands lol. Oh well. Theyre like my spouses anyway. So I may have to drive to Texas Thursday night - next Monday night to pick up and drop off a car for my uncle & myself. I can't believe he and my aunt are moving. That will be so strange. If I have to go this week, I'll be taking off work on Friday but 4 days in a car is going to suck...!!! Oh well, it needs to be done asap. Well Im off to catch up on sleep... byeeee kaaaids.
