Gee, your house smells terrific!

This weekend was spent bach-ing it up. Well, actually not as much as I'd planned, but plenty, anyway.
Friday night, I did some reading and listened to my chunk of the b minor mass. Then Saturday I woke up at 9:30, put on a pot of coffee, and sat down to dig into my project. Jenn promptly called, and requested that I accompany her to the school and accompany her on the piano. So I did that, and that took 3 hours, but I was planning to dive right back in at 2pm. So then, Tamara called and invited me to the movies. Double feature. At a drive-in 30 minutes away. Also for dinner. I had to accept. I worked on the project from 2-4 and drove to Strasburg for fun times with the Heltons. I didn't get back to my house till 1am, so that was pretty much the end of Saturday.
Sunday, I did get up and begin work on the project. And I worked pretty solidly till about a quarter till 2, at which time I took a break to go feed Dani's cats. In and out, right? Not at all. There was a giant patch of water on Dani's living room ceiling that was spreading and dripping on the carpet. So that took a while. But I really can't complain. The whole ceiling thing was far more inconvenient for Dani and Scott than for me. After that, I drove to Liz Tyree's dorm and picked up a couple of articles for my project, came home and worked till around 7. Fini! I think I made Bach my bich. I think. For some reason I've got this worry that I didn't at all do the right project. It makes me nervous to think that I have to present tomorrow, and that there are people in the class rooting for me to fail (james and co.) Although maybe I'm crazy.
So after the project, I went back over to Dani's house for pizza. And Scott and I watched Nightrider. How have I never seen that show? It's amazing! The hair! The music!
Today has been spent basically cleaning. My house really needs it. I also turned off the air conditioner and opened all the windows and lit candles in all of the rooms. This marks the beginning of my favorite time of year. Hopefully none of my cats will plunge from the second story window.
