(no subject)
I've been a longtime lurker and love the rooms I see on here. Thought I'd share my favorite room now that I've got it pretty much where I want it. My living room (+ kitchen table) - because my bedroom is small and lame.
kitchen table. the plywood is for creating a second table top to use when I screenprint.
pretty self-explanatory. pictures from a trip to Guadalajara are above the couch. and my evil eyed cat.
i love this lamp and record player.
i've had an obsession with bookshelves for years. i used to daydream of my first library. getting these installed a few months ago was pretty much a mini-dream come true. i love the lights above the shelves too.
the nonfiction section.
eventually i'll have these two filled with my own card catalog. yes, i am a huge organization nut.
my radio/ipod speakers.
i made this as a little door to block the ugly power chords. plus i'm trying to put more art into the place.
the skinny bookshelves: harry potter, cameras, and DVDs/video games.

My bedroom is behind the wall the TV is on, and the kitchen is immediately to my back in the shot of the full bookshelves.
