things are unfolding as so:
* i hate the school i teach at because we are merely money makers and attention grabbers for an institution with no real substance.
* i am not getting along with a certain scottish prick who happens to be 1/2 of my support group here.
* cristina is trying to leave the school, too, and get a job in changzhou.
* i am being persuaded into getting a job in changzhou as well.
all these things are leading me to believe that i will leave china earlier than expected and arrive into the warm embrace of seattle in february or march. if cristina leaves changshu, then i have no reason to stay. major head trauma is a probable outcome if i get a job here and have to deal with the scottish prick on my own. employment in changzhou is tempting while also being a very very bad idea, and i would like to return home without a fragile sticker on my forehead and with my mental health intact.
i hope everyone will be as excited to see me as i am to see them.
