Valuable lesson I learned today

If you haven't done any sports in two years besides the occasional bike ride or rollerblading, it's not a good idea to start with "Tae Bo." You just end up with an embarrassingly red head, wheezing and desperately trying to get the hand-foot coordination going.

Start with something easy like Yoga or "Stretch & Relax" ;)

But was it worth it to make a fool out of myself? Hell yeah, because I got to see one hell of a cute butt wiggling around for an hour. The instructor of that class is gorgeous, not gay, which you don't find that often in gym classes ;) and with just the right amount of muscles - delicious. His underpants kept pulling a Foxy and showed from under his tracksuit bottoms whenever he kicked, which naturally got me even more distracted and didn't help my coordination one bit. I hope he didn't catch me staring!

Of course now I can't wait for next week so I can make a fool out of me again...the things I do to see a little butt action ;)

Another thing I learned today is that you can apparently do sports without a bra on. I always use a sports bra, you know, to keep everything tucked in safely so that there is not too much jiggling and wiggling, but that oldish woman came into the locker room, changed, removed her bra and went out to do some gymnastics. Is it just me who finds that totally weird? Did I miss something? Is this supposed to be liberating or something, like swimming naked??
