What up lj readers! how y'all doing? Here is sit...procrastinating my homework.
i got home at about 9:30 from the Metro Alliance Vocal Festival. let me tell you, that was interesting. Fridley's choir tanked on one of their songs. we're talking like each member made up their own tune to the song so needless to say, it was a mess. Their last song was good, however, and they somewhat redeemed themselves.
Mound's choir was amazing. there goes the theory that mound sucks at everything...
Brooklyn Center and Columbia Heights were okay. They sound kinda like middle school choirs though. they were ok
Orono choir rocked. We did dang good considering were never are serious in practice. Actually, we did dang good by any standards.
We stopped at Wendy's on the way home. That was fun, what a great choir tradition. it brought back memories of how we almost killed rick in the Wendy's parking lot last year (Mrs. harvey almost ran him over with the school van)
I would like to give a shout out to the choir folk: Blake, Rick, Derek, Evan, Sarah, Sarah, John, Maria, and company. They make choir awesome. love the choir.
Tracy- i'm having issues with someone that we talked about on Sunday. my "person who will come if i ask" yeah, we need to chat. i'll probibly see you before you read this but whatev.
