What's a nubian?
I'm seriously thinking of replacing my Livejournal with a bunch of banner ads. Also, I've remembered why I never Actually Journal here, so, you know. Don't worry.
The band is going to try to record a crisper, mintier, less caloric demo this Friday/Saturday, which begins to concern me as I seem to be coming down with a throat thing. It probably won't matter, though, because I think we're going to track everything separately, so the vocals can be done later. It should be interesting to record drum sounds in the main hall of a Lutheran church. I guess this makes us Christian rock? Anyway, it'll be good. Soon: tour bus, herpes, Ravi Shankar.
Loading all my music into iTunes has forced me to acknowledge the fact that I only own about thirteen records that I'm willing to listen to. I stand by Beacon Street Collection as No Doubt's finest work, but I don't ever want to have to hear it.
