Wow... I have been totally ignoring my Livejournal. Not that many people (if any) read my journals, but it's kind of sad that I haven't found time to write because it's more for myself than anything else. With Facebook and Twitter (more easily accessible forms of social networking) around, finding the time to just sit down and write a blog has seemed really REALLY hard lately. I guess, I should just stick to one venue for my literary outlet and not spread myself out so much.

Life, in general, has also been hectic. It's probably not too surprising that when life is busy, trying to find time and sit down to write some lengthy thoughts for the sake of just doing it doesn't really become a priority. I keep people updated mostly via my Facebook so that gets most of my time. Then with all the wedding planning, my fiance and I have a wedding website up where I've been posting monthly blogs with updates of wedding planning and stuff. I have a hard enough time doing that. I guess my main point is that I do enjoy sitting down and getting events in my life and thoughts written down for prosperity (at least until the site is no more). Therefore I'm going to try to make my posts more frequent. Whether I accomplish that or not will be another story, but my intentions are there.

Even though I haven't been here to mention it, wedding planning has obviously consumed a big part of my life lately. So much to do and we're not even planning a big, fancy wedding. It's definitely been stressful. And I can honestly say I'm not being a bridezilla or anything like that. Wedding planning seriously stresses me out and I haven't been able to enjoy as most blushing brides do. It's quite disappointing when people come up to me and ask me if I'm enjoying the wedding planning and I just kind of grimace and say not really and that I'm stressed out. All of my married friends said they enjoyed doing all the preparation. Me? Not so much. I'll be glad when Jeremy and I are finally married and we can move on to bigger and better things.

I want to write about the wedding, but unfortunately will not write too much here. I'm trying to save those type of posts for my wedding website blog, so yeah. Less than three months until the wedding! I'm freaking out. Saturday April 7th will be the wedding day and then we leave on our 5 day/4 night honeymoon cruise on Monday April 9th. So much to look forward to that I don't even know where to begin...

And Happy Chinese New Year! (It's today). It's the year of the Dragon, so all you dragon babies should get out there and enjoy the year. I'm a monkey so it'll be a while until we get to celebrate again. ^_~
