yay Baumer's!
i loved Interlaken-- although i was there when it was blanketed in snow. i imagine it's even more gorgeous when there is no snow. the hooters there actually has a really good (and big!) veggie sandwich.

lauterbrunnen(sp?) and wingen are cute little towns. wingen has a great burger place called Chili's (not a chain like in the states). if you ask Simon at Baumer's, he can tell you about it.

when you get to paris, you have to go to berthillon for ice cream. it is the best ice cream in the world, and if you order a double scoop, it comes in this amazing two-headed ice cream cone!
