(no subject)
I have been avoiding LJ lately. I find it to be very time consuming. So while I have been taking a break from LJ I have been very busy. I completed knitting a winter hat, a bunny toy for my expecting sister and started knitting a sweater for my son. I'll post pictures when I'm not feeling so lazy. I am going to make 2 more of the bunnies.
I had bought the wool for my son's sweater at a local wool store and the man who helped me figure out how much I need sold me waaaayyy too much. It looks like I need 2 skiens of wool but he thought I would need 6. Needless to say I have to make a trip back to the store to return the extras.
I have also been reading like crazy. Right now I am in the middle of Raising Blaze. This story is tugging on my mommy heart strings. I honestly don't think that I would be able to raise a child like Blaze.
I will be starting back to work in April. Not sure where though. I have applied to a couple of places (I can still go back to the employer that I am on mat. leave from but I'm not 100% sure that I want to. I really don't like answering phones for a living. I crave something more creative.
Dylan is off for 5 days now. I am looking forward to relaxing with him and the baby for the next week.
Well the babe is waking now from his nap.
I will try to post more often to LJ. I just wish I had more time to read everyone's posts and respond.
