Wow, so its me again huh?
For the sake of making this whole thing more appealing to people, I'm gonna choose a really common but really versatile ingredient: CHICKEN. I don't think there are any vegetarians in here (not that I remember, anyway) so I know just about everyone here cooks with it in one way or another, and does so fairly often. Its one of those things that can be prepared with almost any method to fit into almost any food ethnicity or flavor combination, and I dunno about you but I know I have some favorite, go-to chicken recipes that I can always fall back on when I have no other ideas.
So, share some of YOUR favorites! Have a standby stir fry? A perfect roaster? Maybe some sweet, smokey barbecue? How about Indian or Italian? Do you like it fried or sauteed? Roasted or broiled? Got a favorite marinade? How about a salad or pasta dish? Anything goes!
