The adventures of Becca and Laura in Connecticut:
We decided that our left big toes were gay, and then we set them up with each other. It was a beautiful match.
Somehow, we managed to spend $60 at Walmart buying Rainbow Brite stickers and nametags. We were going to run up to random people on the street, put the stickers on them and run away. Then we were going to wear nametags that had really bizarre names like Katinka Shaniqua Banana. That didn't actually happen.
At my grandparents house, they told us to lock up the house one night but we weren't sure we'd done it the right way. At one in the morning, Becca and I were talking in our room and we heard this noise coming from the porch and then we saw the porch light go off. The sink started running, and so we got terrified that a burglar had broken in and was using the water. I armed myself with a hairbrush (so I could either hit the burglar on the head with it, or brush their hair) and we went into the kitchen to investigate. It was my grandpa, and we felt really stupid.
So I'm home for another day and a half, and then on to Turkey.
