So, Gearbox is going to direct the BIA:4 movie. Now hearing this might not really interest you too much but it will once I divulge one important piece of information...
It is going to be based on a true story.
Even more interesting: It is going to be based on the story of my time in the service during WWII.
Not only me though. Me and the three friends I made during that war. Four brothers in arms we were.. Never will I forget those days.
That is why I am now taking the opportunity to tell my story. We can all compare this to the Hollywood version and see what they left out.
It started out simple. None of us knew each other really, but we became the best of friends. This is a picture of our platoon. Our platoon leader was such a nogginbuster! hahaahaaaahaha. We eventually killed him and made it look like a suicide. HAHA! good times! I loved these guys!!
We joined after the attacks on pearl harbor. A whole lot of people did. We were so blinded by our fury that we forgot that the Japanese didn't only give use plane death and torpedoes, but PS2's and animes! Boy were we flustered! Weird thing was.. none of us even went to the pacific! Strange eh?
We trained long and hard. All day, everyday. It was tiring, especially for Kolby who never really recovered from Matt's "night tricks" in the morning. It was tough, but we had to do it! We had a country to fight for!
Sadly, play time was over once we landed in France.
We put up the flags like our colonel said we should, but he said we did it like faggots with blindfolds, so he sent our platoon into battle first.
Our first battle was a bloody one.. and sadly.. it was the last for half our crew.
We were all scared as we marched out for that first battle. Everett wet himself at least six times, and I can't blame him.. Matt had gotten fancy with his "night tricks" the previous evening.
We marched ever onward though, despite the fear in our hearts.
Everett and Kolby died that day..
I don't know what the fuck they were thinking.. they were just kind of running around and shooting at tanks..
They were good friends, but not good soldiers. We miss them dearly.
This is the last picture I could find of Everett.
Matt has all of my pictures of Kolby. He always loved to "trick" Kolby the best.. :"(
But! Life must go on!
and it did..
Matt and I survived! We faced many hardships but we pulled through!
Before the war was over we mad a map of our exploits.
And we took it to the place where Kolby and Everett died so we could show their ghosts!
We came home eventually, and were greeted like heroes!
I even became president!
AH! Good times!
In conclusion.. I will leave you with the words that help Matt and I continue. A simple statement that kept us going!
