I just got back from a weekend in Kochi, it's the city where Noelle and Erica (2 other exchange students) live. It was really fun to be in the city and meet japanese people (and hot south americans?) and break rotary's rules. One of the best thing was just being around americans though, japanese people are more boring and not fun most of the time. But we did also hang out with Kako, who went to new jersey last year and her awesomely cute friend Tamo. We all stayed the night at Kako's, which was the most beautiful house I've ever seen but it made my allergies insane. It was like a little wood cabin, and inside there was a huge beautiful tree trunk and everything was made of wood. The stairs were indescribably sweet. Also, Kako has another house down the street which is huge, but we only walked past it. Her town was beautiful and surrounded by nature they way it looks in coffee table books and shit. It was definatly the most beautiful place I've ever seen, and it's so small! Her middle school had 60 students, and there isn't one traffic light in the whole town.

OK so the real point of this is how shocked I was that everyone talked shit about everyone else at some point. I couldn't believe it. Ew, I just hated it. ('Ew' because it gives me an icky feeling.)

Yeah that's mostly all. I wish I lived in Kochi and not this middle of nowhere shit. Kochi has a head shop with bowls unlike those I had ever seen before.

(I forgot to mention what especially made her village such an amazing place. There's this river, and for like at least 10 miles it's really shallow and has a lot of either large white rocks or small white boulders in it. So the water is like white and foamy and clean looking and shit. I guess I suck at imagery. I have a picture but it doesn't do it justice..)
