so today my roommate was eating jelly beans. they were the jelly belly sort, the gourmet sort. i was hoping to get a few - not an outlandish amount, just a courteous few to sate my sweet tooth - so i stared at them for a bit and finally said, "those jelly beans look tasty."
"yeah," he said. "they are."
"right."
"well, not all of them. i don't really like the coffee ones. or buttered popcorn."
