go saints
today marked the busiest day in our young restaurant career! i sort of hated it.
lunch was nonstop. usually, we start cleaning up around 2 but today, the crowd kept coming in and we were still serving past 3. so we had to lock the doors and refuse service for 45 minutes to give ourselves some time to prepare for the big pre-game saints crowd. 45 minutes was not enough b/c that crowd was insane. by 6, we sold all 50 cases of beer, mind you that's 1200 cans.
thank goodness it's over b/c i'm fucking tired.
