* Is tall and skinny, with white hair that has a black streak that poofs out around her head. Tends to wear a lot of black. And sometimes moves by itself and might even style itself appropriately, but I'll note in a ping when her hair's not dandelioned.

* Always carries a purse that holds an orange smush-faced wax lion
* Can sometimes be seen talking to the purse
* Can totally be a plot device for you if you need her to be. The animals can always tell her to interfere if you need your character to do something or if something needs to happen but you don't know how. Just hit me up if you ever need her.
