What?! I've never heard of a vampire getting sick before. Do you think maybe his undead body got infected with something?

We don't get infections, either. We can be poisoned, but I'm pretty sure that hasn't happened.

Jack seems to think it could be an allergy. We can get them.

I do, haven't got a clue what, though. He's never shown it until we've got to this fandom.

If it's because of the fandom, you'll probably want to stay FAR away from any ghosts or the ray guns. Those are probably the most obvious differences between your two fandoms.
