Master Cleanse 101

By popular demand I'll give you my secrets to the Master Cleanse.
ok so what is it?...
It's a 10 day fast - thats right NO EATING AT ALL for ten count them 10 days! It's meant to clean out your insides. There is a book by Stanley Burroughs - conveniently called "the master cleanse" which highlights exactly what is happening in your body as you cleanse.

What you do:
You make this 'lemonade' that consists of
10 ounces of purified water 2 tablespoons of FRESH SQUEEZES lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of grade B organic maple syrup and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
you drink 60-80 oz of that stuff a day and NO FOOD.
every night you drink a laxative tea and every morning you do a salt water flush.
ahh the salt water flush the happiest part of the entire thing: 2 teaspoons of sea or celtic salt in 32oz of WARM to HOT purified water *chugged*. Just do it, it really makes you poop. Its horrible and hard to keep down but completely necessary.
For the most part I just drank the 'smooth move' tea morning and night because i rush to work and did not have the time to sit around and wait for the salt water flush to kick in and it made for an extremely uncomfortable car ride the one time i tried.
I did do the flush every so often when i was at home. it's funny everytime i had a mood swing or felt horrible i'd do it and with my next poop the feelings would be gone. i read about this happening and it did.

I pissed out my butt for 10 days and felt great about it.
I will give you i think the one trick that got me all the way through it this time - I started about a week before going completely raw and only eating veggies fruits and nuts - and stuck to it.
You seriously have to psyche yourself out.
