My first entry
So I decided my first entry should be about why I named myself I hate John Lennon after confessing my love for the Beatles in my profile. Well, for starters....he wasn't a hero, he wasn't a saint....shit, he wasn't even human! He preached about loving everyone but denied his own son his love....he was an asshole in the early days and an even bigger asshole in the latter years! Reading Eric Clapton's autobiography opened my eyes as to how big of an ass he was too! He just sucked as a human being but he could write a damn good pop song.
So needless to say it's a conundrum for me to love this mans music so much but despise his guts at the same time. Some days I can wrap my head around it, others I just can't! Why did someone so musically talented have to be such a dick? Bed Peace, Hair Peace, my ass...if you wanted peace sitting in a hotel wasn't the way to get there! You pretentious butthole. Okay, enough, that's why i go by ihatejohnlennon and now you know so don't ask again!
