Aha, it's going back up!
Also I fixed the pesky background on my site by changing the codes from html to CSS. I.e. pretty much starting from scratch. And no, that's not the reason I was off. I was off because I couldn't be arsed to get out of the bed. The site thing just gave me something to do.
