urgh!
so my sister wants to sign her lease over to me for this awesome apartment right off highland accross from the coffee shop;it's a two bedroom, one bathroom 3rd floor apartment with a screened in porch and hardwood floors...it is an awesome place...problem is the girl i am supposed to be moving with doesnt have her shit together financially yet...it looks like i am not going to be living there then...:(
