Cassie was just killing time, since she didn't have class until the afternoon.

The door was propped open with a sketchbook and she was settled on the end of her bed painting her toenails and humming along to her stereo. She hadn't run into any of the Nephalim for a couple of weeks, the creepy dreams seemed to be on hiatus and she hadn't set fire

Faith walked by and saw Cassie's door open, and Thelma sitting around. "Hey guys."

Cassie raised her free hand in a quick wave. "Faith," she greeted.

"How's it going?" She leaned against the doorframe.

Cassie shrugged quirking a little smile. "Pretty well, actually," she replied. "You?"

"Come on in, if you want," she added.

Faith walked in, perching on a desk chair. "I'm not too bad." Faith smirked. "Courting Beauty." she shrugged. "It's sort of like dating, except, more...old fashioned.

"You never really struck me as an old fashioned kind of girl," Cassie remarked. "Going well, though, I guess?"

"You'd be surprised." Faith shrugged. "I like her enough to do what's right."

She grinned. "It is going well."

"Good for you," Cassie grinned. "I don't think I've really met her yet, but from all you've said, she seems just great."
