I posted the above picture I found over at doctorwho and then on a whim made a quick and dirty 'shop of it, and it was suggested I make a post here. Rather than make an entirely new post for something which took approx 4 seconds in photoshop, I decided a gauntlet could be thrown for everyone who is rubbish at captions, but okay at photoshop. Use this terrifying picture of Jon Pertwee to best humorous effect.
