Just to let you know I came up with this idea and it kills my brain even...
Just to make it clear, I don't think the Centauri are actually like the Time Lords. I'm just cashing in on some coincidences for a cheap joke. If any character on B5 was like a Time Lord it was either Lorien or Jeff Sinclair.
