Yeah, I know, making fun or silly clothing or hairdos in Classic Who is way too easy, but that guy's hairstyle deserves more love.
And I also know that making fun of special effect fails is even easier, but I'm lazy like that.

Seriously, ever since the first time I watched that scene the only ideas I had were either "Boobs!" or about him being kicked there. If you have better idea here's the original screencap, or just leave a comment so we can laugh at my lack of imagination.
