Good heavens, you lot are right. I think I may have confused "booby" with "goony". The real tragedy is that boobies are even more hilarious than albatrosses!

Blue footed boobies are OG, son. Females usually lay only one egg at a time. But when they lay two, the stronger of the hatchlings; without fail; pecks the brains out of the weaker.
