I'm a chemistry major, and your usage of the decimal/period/full stop in "200.000" confuses me. Does this mean "Two hundred thousand"? Or does this mean "200 exactly to the thousandth degree of certainty"?
It appeals to my geek sensibilities to think that 1 M Ianto -> 2.00000 x 10^2 M Timelords... such exact measurements! How fabulous! But I'm pretty sure you meant two hundred thousand, so, what has always confused me is, how do you tell what one tenth is? Should it be 0.1? If you have 200.003 is that two hundred thousand and three or two hundred and three hundredths? ... I guess it's never really an issue.
