I followed the linky ... good LORD why did nobody tell me that GILES was starring in a rock-opera full of goths and punks and Paris Hilton?! *passes out*
I MUST see that. Really, I must.

I know, it's freakin awesome. Too bad it's only going to be shown in L.A. and New York on November 7th before it gets shuffled off to DVD in January.

Join the club! *grinz* At first it confused me, then it kinda scared me ... and now I am SO DAMN EXCITED about it that I'm plotting ways to get to NYC in a few months! I mean, it makes Paris Hilton sound kinda ... decent. And ANTHONY HEAD SINGING FTW!

yeah, at first it's like what the hell, and you have no idea what's going on. but then you find out and sorta go um... ew. and then you still want to see it desperately anyway. at least in my case. and mostly only for anthony head and the grave robber guy.

Exactly!

and mostly only for anthony head and the grave robber guy.
Totally. And, well, I have a soft spot for cute little goth girls and post-apocalyptic worlds ... and rock opera ...
I'm probably not gonna be able to see it in theaters ... huzzah for the DVD release!

haha so do i! for all those things, except this may or may not appeal to them, depending on how well it's executed.

well, because i couldn't stop looking up more stuff... they did get a wider theatre release than just NY and LA! i don't know how much wider, but the more people talk about it and want to see it, the wider the release can get.

(reminds me of when brokeback mountain came out, it took months to get to smaller theatres, but it eventually got there.)

It seems weird but good. It was made by the guy who did the Saw movies, which I heard were good ... but as I can't stand those types of movies I never saw them. *shrugs* Rock-opera, post-apocalyptic future, goths, punks, Anthony Stewart Head, sounds good so far. It's usually the oddball on-drugs sounding concepts that end up being fantastic, after all.

Yay! I might be able to see it in theaters after all! (Though with my low-tolerance for horror, mayhaps that's not such a good thing ...)

(reminds me of when brokeback mountain came out, it took months to get to smaller theatres, but it eventually got there.)*beams* That's good. Since I cried for a full hour after reading the short-story, I don't think seeing the movie quite yet is such a good idea ( ... )

yeah, i never saw any of the SAW movies, cause i hate horror crap, it all seems pointless to me. haha yeah, and it's definitely one of those. especially since they had no consideration for science (outbreak of organ failure? no, outbreak of diseases that *cause* organ failure, unless you put it 100s of years in the future when genetics has broken down, instead of 50 years), lol. the main thing dislike right now is alexa vega's character, she seems so undeveloped, and her song fails. (in my avril lavigne hating opinion)

aww, i should read the short story some time... the movie was really good, though i need to see it again, because i haven't seen it since it came out. though i think i'd cry a bit of a river this time.

Ugh, I can't take horror. Just ... can't. *shakes head* Then again, I'd watch anything with werewolves or vampires, and sometimes I like zombie movies, so who knows.

could be good, could be awful. Who knows, we'll just have to wait. Seems like the sort of thing to earn a group of rabid fanatics, a crowd of casual-fans, and a lot of bad reviews, but I'm crossing my fingers for a big fanbase.

As my father is gay, I doubt I'd make it through the movie without crying an ocean.

yeah, there are sometimes movies that are like almost-horror but have slightly more plot, lol. (28 days later tried, but does not count as one of these, lol)

yep, exactly. i'm mostly hoping for so good it's bad. and wishing they'd bring back midnight showings, because it'd be perfect for those.

aww, yeah. well it's definitely worth seeing, just see it when you already feel like crying a lot.

(it's actually phuck at last5's review of HP7, he did a review of it in icon form, that was of the part where lupin attempted to leave tonks to join harry.

Looks the type ... *bites lip*

Damnit, I should have watched it a few days ago ... I was kinda overwhelmed with mental distress and bodily sickness, so THEN would have been perfect. Of course, I might have died, so maybe not ...

Have you got linkies to that? Sounds funny ...
GAH, poor Lupin! He was so obviously gay for/with Sirius and NOBODY IN THE BOOK NOTICES WFT?!
... ahem, sorry about that, I have very strong feelings about Lupin. *huggles him*

yeah, same here.

aww D: almost dying isn't good.

yeah, just click here last5 and scroll through it, there aren't too many entries, so it's not hard to find. it was done in about four parts (and don't worry if you can't find anything about the last part of the book, he never finished).
i knoooow... poor lupin, i luff him. lol i'm trying to remember if harry ever thought it was weird how in the fifth book, if he'd try to speak to sirius, lupin was always with him, but i can't remember. they did so many couple-y things in that book.

That I can recall, Harry never mused on his gay godparents. *giggles* Seriously, a joint Christmas present? So totally gay.

*drools* I KNOW! Some of my favorite episodes are the ones in which he sings ... it's the only reason to watch 'Where the Wild Things Are' a second time.
