In what may be one of the worst ideas I've ever had, I've set up an anonymous feedback "graffiti wall" for the comm, ihasawall. You can leave anonymous problems, complaints, and suggestions there - IP logging is off and all comments are screened, so nobody but me will ever see them. (Of course, you're always welcome to drop me a line at korman@spamcop.net with any hassles.)
(I'll see how this goes. If it doesn't get used much, or it fills up with crap, I can just delete it. If it proves useful I'll stick it in the userinfo.)
ETA: Whoah! How could I forget how fans behave when they know they're not accountable?! AH'M ST00PID. Sorry kids, have deleted the comm to save my email inbox from further abuse.
