Apparently they have a train system that runs underground. Crazy as that sounds.

[And his eyes light up at the train.] IT WAS REALLY COOL! This really big train that went right on the sea! It took us from Water 7 all the way to Enies Lobby, and it was really fast, too!

I hope the ones here are like that, too! with the big smoke-thingy and the loud chugga-chugga noises and-- and the wheels!
