4th WALL BREAKING: I don't know how many people would be familiar with him. Either way, I'm going with no here. He might just try and shoot you in the face, or give you decaf or something.
THREADJACKING: Depends on the conversation, but mostly fine with this unless it's a srs business thing. If in doubt, ask first.
BACK THREADING: I don't see why not, def okay with this one.
MIND READING: Ummmmm. Having worked for Torchwood One, he has a small degree of psychic training but not good enough to really notice or fight back so sure, go right ahead.
LOCATION SENSING: Why not?
TELEPATHY: I am going to say... depends on the situation.
SPECIAL/MAGICAL ITEMS: Sure, why not?
FIGHTING CAPABILITIES: A bit basic. He's not a ninja, but can hold his own in a fight - hand to hand wise. His weapon of choice is a stun gun and he wields it well, but he has a craftiness for improvising plans and weapons at a given moment.
INJURY/DEATH: again, it depends on the injury. Things like loss of limbs, permanent injuries, I'm gonna say no. But feel free to try and rough him up again but don't let his exterior fool you - he can and will fight back. As for death... take it up with me first.
WIN/LOSE/TIE: It really depends, again. Because he can be a bit Bond sometimes, he may pull a fast one on your ass but he's just as capable of being on the other side. I'm gonna go with tie, but depending on who he is fighting, that can change. If he were to fight someone with expert fighting skills, lose.
MEDICAL/PHYSICAL INFO: He is just as well likely to get sick or hurt as well as anyone else. He has no special healing abilities or anything.
ROMANCE/RELATIONSHIPS: He's not likely to be looking for Mr. or Mrs. Right during his stay here, because he's already in ~love~ with someone. Even should he meet someone here and hit it off... I don't think he's likely to be falling in love with anyone anytime soon.
SEXUAL RELATIONS: Honestly, don't expect him to wait around for Jack forever. Flirting, sex, kissing... well, I guess it really depends on the person and the situation.
PHYSICAL CONTACT: He's not a very physical person. An occasional hand holding, or hug to someone he's comfortable with. Even then he's a rather private person and doesn't do PDAs. Strangers are unlikely to get more than a clap on the back, or a handshake. Or a punch to the face, depending.
