This isn't exactly a macro, but I had the idea for this image last night and it begged to be made.

I had far too much fun doing this - after I'd finished laughing hysterically just at the idea of it, I had an excellent time coming up with all of the headings. Clearly I amuse myself. :/ Hopefully it's amused you too.
