As someone who worked in a retail store, my reaction was pretty much, "Yep, that's about right."

I worked for Target in Australia, and I saw the crowds lined up outside the doors at 7am. When they opened, one woman deliberately ran another woman down with a trolley - she ended up needing stitches to her leg. Crazy, I tell you.
