"I can't kill Anakin!" So.. you should let him suffer for the rest of his life? Not to mention the damage done to his looks.

Didn't the novelization justify it by saying Obi-Wan "couldn't kill an unarmed man"? Besides the er, irony, that's still a pretty weak excuse ._.

The novelization said, "Obi Wan was not feeling compassionate" or something to that effect.

It's a song that predates Rufus Wainright several years. I think the Hollies version from the 1970's is the best known version, but I could be wrong.

OMG. You win at life! I was referring to The Hollies version, but I think you're the only who knew such. Rufus Wainright just recently covered the song for the movie, "Zoolander."
Both are nice, but hooray for originals!
